Karete Kristoffersen is a senior advisor in Eager's business development department, with over 25 years of management and organizational experience from companies such as IKEA (national and international), EGGS Design, Slingshot and her own business. She specializes in strategic and operational business development, organizational change and management development - and is passionate about creating development that is felt, both on the bottom line, among the people and in the culture, organization, society and on the planet.
She facilitates strategic development processes - from insight work and ambition formulation to anchoring and implementation and combines structure and systems understanding with clarity, creativity and deep human insight. With the ability to see both the individual, the team and the organization, she creates space for reflection, ownership and meaning - especially in demanding changes.
Karete has many years of experience as a program manager, facilitator, lecturer and coach in leadership programs and educations. A graduate in Design, NLP Master Coach, Enneagram Personality Pattern Coach, Mindfulness Instructor, and Regenerative Leadership, she helps leaders strengthen focus, awareness, self-awareness, and communication power.
